Your placement of an order at the String & Thread's website constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order. Please read and understand them carefully before placing your order.
Due to the nature and exclusivity of our products, we cannot honor any exchange.
Any item(s) purchased at String & Thread Online store CAN be refunded withing seven (7) days of receiving the item(s). All shipments have an individual tracking number for our and your convenience.
Any item(s) claimed for refund after seven (7) days of receiving to the buyer/consumer will NOT be honored.
All items are individually checked by String & Thread's quality control team, and will not have any defects. However, there is a slight chance of human error and in that case, if you receive a damaged item, you will be subjected to a 100% refund.
For all non-damaged items refunded, there will be a 10% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a refund, item(s) being refunded MUST be unused, Tagged as it came and it's original packaging. Once the item(s) are received by our Customer Service team, the item(s) will be inspected for any damages, stains, perfume / cologne stains or any other proof of it/they being worn. Once the inspection is completed, we will notify you via email with either approval or rejection of the refund.
Item(s) on SALE CANNOT be refunded and are FINAL SALE.
Accessories (Jewelry, Clutches, Handbags, Footwear, Scarfs) CANNOT be refunded and are FINAL SALE.
Shipping charges at the time of purchase CANNOT be refunded. Buyer will be liable for the shipping charges of any refunded item(s)
